A lovely well made dry cider that is full of the farmyard funk of a quality scrumpy. I'm only going 4 stars because I am not so fond of dry cider. This one however has more complexity than your average dry cider. It's got a hint of Christmas spice with a tangy sweet note to the finish. It's well worth trying it if you can.
