Yarlington Mill 2020

When the cider is a deep rich brown, you know that you are going to get some strong flavour. This 2020 single variety Yarlington mill delivers. It's a great combination of rich burnt caramel with a dry finish to it. It's a very nice cider that has mellowed and is at it's drinking peak. The label says lightly sparkling, however that's been lost it's all but still. To my taste, some carbonation would elevate and add another layer to this tasty cider.

Copper coloured, lightly sparkling and clear. Single variety cider. Deep earthy aroma with dried fruit. Ripe apple flavour with straw, raisins and light funk.
