Mellow and lower apparent acidity, very light carbonation. Great fruit flavor. A good example of a single variety cider

Slightly rich, with notes of oak (although I don't think its barrel aged), vanilla, and caramel. Smooth almost buttery texture. A bit boozy. I think its great, but not amazing (my favorite KB cider so far is from Whitewood). The tartness, acidity, and dryness dominates the flavor profile a bit.
