Perry

I love the dryness with the level of acidity. Might be too acidic for some. It has a nice fruit flavor and aroma.

Lots of tannins and acid but not a lot of fruit depth

Light in flavor, a little dry for me.

The Nose is light and it is semi-dry with a slight astringency. Very nice fruit comes through and it is very enjoyable.

A fine pleasant Perry - with some nice pear volatiles evident in the nose and palate. Initial fruit and acid diminishing to a slight astringent bitters on the palate. Refreshing, and if you love sweeter perrys, this is a winner.
