This cider 'Lost apple' is made from unwanted apples from the village and surrounding orchards to make this sustainable natural cider. The apples are washed, milled to pulp, filtered and pressed to juice to make this cloudy 'scrumpy' like cider. I would describe the aroma as slightly pungent/ripe.
