Golden colour, clear with moderate fizz. Caramel aroma with citrus. Flavour has oak and smoke and a nutty finish.

N○3 from Napton Cidery at 6.0%. This pours a dark golden colour, a small about of carbonation with mature/aged notes on the nose. This is a dry and tangy cider but quite palletable with a nutty oak flavour throughout.

Pale amber, with an aroma of aged oak and a little leather. Sharp, tangy fruit, with some oak and tobacco in the aftertaste. Quite pleasant initially, but the tobacco tones linger on the palate, and this limits it's appeal for me.
