Pale amber, with a strong, fresh, citrus aroma. The flavour is dominated by citrus oils, with a slight sourness, but the cinnamon comes through in the aftertaste, warming the palate. Interesting flavour balance; the apple is there, though mostly overwhelmed, but the citrus and spices work well. This should probably be served only slightly chilled, to make the most of the spices. Could also be the base for a summer cider cup, with berries. A nice variation on the usual fruited ciders, and not too sweet.
