Comes in a 750 ml screw-top bottle. Hazy copper colour, with an aroma of oak, leather, and sweet funk. Slightly sour fruit flavour, with soft tannins and wood tones in the aftertaste. Good complexity, but the sour edge undermines the tannins and oak, for me.

Burnt orange colour, moderate turbidity and still. Strong ripe apple flavour with orange. Rich apple flavour. A touch of wood. Soft and smooth.
