Murky bronze colour, pretty turbid and still. Earth and leather in the aroma. Fresh apple flavour with touches of funk and earth. Mine, presumably a later vintage comes in a 500ml bottle and is at 6.9%.

Comes in a 750 ml screw-top bottle, with light sediment. Bronze colour, with an aroma combining old oak and earthy funk. Tangy apple flavour, with light tannins developing in the aftertaste, leading to a dry finish. Drinkable, but lacks the complexity I was expecting.
