Trabanco Pecada del Paraíso Semi-Dry (4.1% (?) ABV, 330ml). The third Trabanco cider of the day doesn't even have the company's name on it. The information on the homepage is a bit confusing: It's shown with a pink bottlecap on it, whereas the one I got comes with a black bottlecap. It doesn't say anything about additives either. But they're people from the Mediterranean , so we probably have to cut them some slack. The label doesn't even give you the ABV (there's not even a second label on the back) - I do wonder whether that's legal. It does say "Trabanco's bet for the youngest consumer." So children in Spain are supposed to drink alcoholic cider?
Anyway, this is a clear, pale golden yellow cider, and it's a sparkling one. Strong flavour of ripe yellow apples, quince, a hint of vanilla, and yeast. Light body, moderate carbonation. Yellow apples and vanilla are very much present on the palate, but sour lemon, some vinegar and light tannins aren't very far behind. Apple skins, more tannins, and more vinegar in the finish, leading to a mildly vinegary apple aftertaste.
This is supposed to be an easy-drinking variety for the young folk, but it's definitely not bland. The semi-dry moniker is certainly correct. 7/10.
