Very nice and light and clean. Barely notice the sweetness.

great Perry. good balance of fruit flavor, acid and astringency

My complaint with this is same a the semi sweet apple...a bit bitter for my pallet. It's a nice light cider though, goes with a lot of food.

This semisdry cider seems more semisweet. It is complex which is fun to drink but too although I like some bitterness bitterness but it's too much for me.
