Rhubarb

Very tasty. Not too sweet. A good cider to try if you have only had apple cider before.

Copper colored pour. Aroma of slightly tart fruit. Nice semi-Sweet taste with the Rhubarb standing out initially but backed by a refreshing and almost crisp apple flavor.

Slight turbidity, aged raspberry color, light sparkle topped by medium sweet fruit with a nice tingle on the tongue.

A nice light cider, but I was missing a stronger fruit flavour in this one. Wasn't much of a different taste to me than the perry.

I tried this at their Port Townsend tasting room. Cider with organic rhubarb. Smells tart and fruity. Described as semi-sweet but I found it semi-dry. Fruity notes, although I’m not sure I could have identified them as rhubarb. A touch alcohol-forward.
