Medium, sparkling, floral, dryish,sharp

Pale strew slightly cloudy coloured. Not a great deal of aromas Pleasant pear sweet favours initially but doesn't flourish into anything more exciting. Very nice and pleasant but isn't there are definitely better perry drinks out there. Which disappoints me as Severn cider is probably geographically my nearest cider producer. Bought at chepstow bear and cider festival,organised by the fantastic Glen.

Pale, moderate fizz and clear. Fresh pear aroma. Tastes of pear and blossom. Quite refreshing!

Pale golden, with a vinegary aroma overlying tobacco. Ripe fruit and vinegar, with a little woodiness behind the sourness in the aftertaste. The sweet and the sour are well-balanced, and this was not a bad drink.
