Clear amber colour, light carbonation. Not a great deal on the nose, some oakiness tiny bit of funk. Slightly acidic, nice oaky tanic hits with slight bitterness followed by a dryness. It's a pleasent cider but you've got to drink quite a lot of the pint before these flavours come out. I just wish the flavours which are there, were stronger.. Bought at Highfield Garden Centre.

The pour is a clear sparkling amber. The aroma is a phenolic (slightly salty) apple. The taste is a dry tart apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, nicely astringent, and slightly bitter. The finish is a a little spicy. The carbonation helps to highlight the character of the cider. I really like it.

Rich, golden colour, with a sharp aroma of old, hemp rope and new-cut oak. Smooth, mellow fruit, gives way to a sharper, dry astringency in the aftertaste, with some tobacco in the finish. Refreshing drink, with good complexity, and character. Very drinkable, despite the dryness. Well-made crafted.
