Dry Sparkling

Amber colour, clear Moderate fruit aroma with oak. Quite smooth. Dry finish with a bit of smoke and leather.

Rich, golden colour, with a sharp aroma of old, hemp rope and new-cut oak. Smooth, mellow fruit, gives way to a sharper, dry astringency in the aftertaste, with some tobacco in the finish. Refreshing drink, with good complexity, and character. Very drinkable, despite the dryness. Well-made crafted.
