A quite nice flavoursome, fruity medium to dry cider. It's got a slight, very slight sharpness that highlights the dry side of this medium cider. A very well made cider from Severn Cider.

Decent real cider. Dark gold colour but clear, light carbonation. Strong tangy aroma, slight funk.. Well balanced clear cider slightly acidic on the tongue with sour offerings but nothing "face altering" very refreshing tastes. Gets sweeter the more you drink.

My bottle clocks in at 5.4%. Appetisingly spicy aroma in bottle. Golden, clear, and frizzante in glass. Smells rounded and rich, with bitter and sharp apples particularly prominent. Sweetness hits palate with white sugar, then golden syrup, then sherbet. Rich apples are joined by lemon and lime. The concoction pronouncedly brings pale ale to mind – and deliciously so. Pomegranate seeds join the fruitbowl halfway through the bottle, and there's a hint of red wine aided by moderate tannins. A savoury touch is provided by a nettle-like allusion. This is very clean in flavour and mouthfeel, and medium-bodied. Medium is an appropriate description of the profile, though it nudges towards the sweet end of the designation. If you're fortunate enough to live in the “catchment area” of this wonderful cidery, this is one of many tasty options worth your time.

Golden colour, with a mellow, oaked, fruit aroma, and a funk finish. Sharp, fruit flavour, becoming woody and tannic. Well-made, with just enough character to give this interest. Pleasantly drinkable.

A well balanced dry cider, quite acidic with a tart funky taste. It certainly has a depth of flavour which is quite enjoyable.

Dark golden colour, moderate fizz and clear. Fresh fruit aroma with some citrus. Crisp fruit flavour, with a little oak and berries. Light, crisp and fresh.
