Medium Sparkling

Great drink with lots of flavour. Lightly sparkling.

Decent real cider. Dark gold colour but clear, light carbonation. Strong tangy aroma, slight funk.. Well balanced clear cider slightly acidic on the tongue with sour offerings but nothing "face altering" very refreshing tastes. Gets sweeter the more you drink.

A well balanced dry cider, quite acidic with a tart funky taste. It certainly has a depth of flavour which is quite enjoyable.

Dark golden colour, moderate fizz and clear. Fresh fruit aroma with some citrus. Crisp fruit flavour, with a little oak and berries. Light, crisp and fresh.

Golden colour, with a mellow, oaked, fruit aroma, and a funk finish. Sharp, fruit flavour, becoming woody and tannic. Well-made, with just enough character to give this interest. Pleasantly drinkable.
