Light straw colour and slightly carbonated. A very fresh, smooth fruity toffee flavour that really hit the spot for me. 5 star

Clear slightly sparkling. Lots of apple flavour here, initially a slight acidic and dry hit balanced by more rounded sweeter apple notes, hint of toffee. Very pleasant cider, would work well cold on a hot summers day.

This is a nice cider. Label States Ingredients Fermented fresh-pressed cider apple juice, water, sugar, sulphites. The Cotswold Cider Co. Apples are our passion and our calling is to craft real good ciders with character. We only use 100% fresh cider apples, so you can be sure you’re not compromising with anything artificial. So please spread the good word of our good cider. Have you tried our “No Brainer” or…….. the lipsmackingly blush “Sweet Cheeks”? Real cider heaven. SIDE BURNS “Lamb chops”, “Burners”, “Grips” - What Are They Good For? Simple Shaver Savers? Rural Beautifiers? Or Just Something To Hang Onto? Either way, they’re proud symbols of the real cider lover, and we think they should be celebrated with this spanking rich refresher, just like their inventor, and our hero, Ambrose Burnside ( 1824-1881 ). Strong apple aroma and distinct, slightly sour and acidic, apple taste, with a subtle "toffee" undertone. Very lightly carbonated. A traditional English cider, though of a lighter character than those typically made in the main cider producing areas to the west of Oxfordshire.
