Clear pale colored pour. Light to moderate carbonation. Big aroma of ginger with a hint of apple. Taste follows the nose with a nice ginger flavor initially that is balanced by tart and sour lemon and apple flavors.

500ml bottle. Pours sparkling pale yellow with a short lived white foam head. Nose of ginger & lemon. Barnyard apple flavour, sweetish, with tangy juicy lemon zest and ginger notes. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, dry sourish lemon finish. Abit like pop, quite drinkable.
