The pour is a slightly hazy gold with low carbonation. The aroma is citrus and hops. The taste is hoppy and slightly tart. The mouthfeel is medium and astringent. The finish is a little bitter and some acid.

A sprightly cider with a citrusy edge and overall taste of botanicals and gin.

Very carbonated and super dry. Thin body and light Apple flavors but still interesting.

Clear light gold pour with moderate carbonation. Mildly funky aroma of oak, honey and apple. Taste is think with flavors of honey, funk, wood and a hint of gin.

Should have remembered I didn't like Shacksbury Dry. This was drinkable, but in a tonic water sort of way. If you told me some repressed medieval monks shoved herbs in the barrel, I would have believed you.
