Golden colour, clear with moderate light fizz. Made from cooking and eating apples Dry leather aroma. Flavour is a little watery but carries wood, leather and a little funk. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Rich, golden colour, with an aroma of leather and wood, with a light floral edge. Apple juice flavour, becoming tannic in the aftertaste, with a little wood in the finish. Refreshing and easy to drink, with a little character and depth to hold the interest.Went well with oatcakes and mature cheddar.

500ml bottle. Bright yellow golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of tart apple, slight woody, hint of barnyard. Taste is medium-dry sourish apple, oak, leather, slight barnyard & some straw. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, tart dry finish. Quite drinkable.
