A semi dry cider with a noticeable astringency. A proper core of the apple flavour runs through this with a slight bitter aftertaste. Very pleasent and very enjoyable.

Amber colour, lightly sparkling and slightly hazy. Named after the way the phrase ‘What’s on’ is pronounced in Devon and similarly in Dorset and Somerset! Caramel aroma. Fresh apple flavour with wood and toffee.
