Very high tannins. However, I found the bitterness to be too high for my liking. I think some additional residual sweetness and richness would have helped balance it out. This one smelled better than it tasted for me.

Tasted this after 18 months in the bottle. Very different from first taste at launch at Bushwhacker cidery. Picking up esters, back of the nose pear, slight mature cheddar notes
