The pour is a nice burgundy (slightly red and slightly purple) and it has a lot of fine bubbles. The aroma apple with a lime hint at the end. The taste is a dry berry and lime. The finish is more acidic than tart with some astringency. It has a nice body to it. It’s growing on me as I eat my BBQ Tri Tip Mac & Cheese from Drive Wood Fires Grill food truck!
