The pour is a whiskey amber with light to medium effervescence. The aroma is coffee, burnt wood, and toffee. The taste is mostly dry and coffee, even though the bottle says semi sweet. In my rating, the “fruit” aroma and taste are for the coffee. The finish is coffee, some apple, and tart. I don’t really like coffee but I can appreciate the craftsmanship in this cider. That’s why I gave it two stars. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee, I’d highly recommend it. You’d probably give it a 3-4 at least.
