Got this on tap while out for lunch at Culinary Dropout. It’s an Arizona Cidery so I’m biased! The aroma is fruity with mostly non-apple coming through, berries are what I note mostly. It is a pretty ruby red and not much effervescence. The taste is tart, followed by some acids and sourness, just a hint. It has fruity taste and some bitterness in the finish. Overall, it is enjoyable but I’m not used to the sour.
