Cidre Bio Brut

I’ll start by noting that my 25cl sample was barely enough to fully assess the cider’s body, so this impression comes with that caveat. Even so, Kerisac Bio Brut was an enjoyable cider, though noticeably sweeter than I expected from something labeled “Brut.” It offers fresh, vibrant apple character alongside a gentle farmhouse funk that adds complexity without dominating the profile. The cider is well-balanced and easy to drink, but I found myself wishing for a drier, crisper finish. Overall, it’s a solid organic Breton cider, though drinkers looking for a genuinely dry brut may find it leans a little sweeter than anticipated.
