I had this at a Creperie in Arles. Since I do not usually see Rosé ciders in France, I had to try it. The pour is a clear and slightly carbonated ruddy amber. The smell was sweet apple. The taste was a slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with some astringency. The finish was a slightly acidic and bitter apple. It was really good and went well with the galettes.
