Cidre Bouche Cuvee Speciale Brut

Amber coloured, moderate fizz and clear. Toffee apple aroma. Flavour has caramel, honey and wood.

Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle. Copper-coloured, with a definite toffee apple aroma. Tangy, toffee apple flavour, with some vanilla and honey tones, and a little dry ginger in the finish. Very drinkable, and not over-carbonated. This style of cider is not the most exciting or challenging, but they are solid, reliable dessert ciders.
