Cidre Bouche Brut Traditionnel

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle, with significant sediment. Dark amber colour, with a toffee apple aroma. Initially just on the sweet side, with mild caramel flavour, becoming drier in the aftertaste, and revealing a hint of wood in the finish. Drinkable, and moderately interesting, but essentially a standard Breton petillant cider.
