Clinker

Pale yellow, clear with light fizz. Mild aroma of apple and grass. Apple taste with a little smoke. Almost a hint of marshmallow but without the sweetness.

Purchased at North Devon Show. “A sweet, light, sparkling cider”. Produced by :- Hunt’s Cider, Broadleigh Farm, Stoke Gabriel, Devon TQ9 6PU 500ml bottle Alc 3.8% Vol. Contains sulphites.

Light, and quite sweet, this is a refreshing and easy to drink cider. The aroma is only mildly fruity, with a suggestion of hay and meadow grasses. The flavour is of a buttery apple juice, with a hint of smoke in the aftertaste.
