Thrasher

Light amber colour, clear with light carbonation despite a pour that suggested it was going to be a lot heavier. Ripe fruit aroma with leather boots. Fruity apple peel flavour with wood. Slightly syrupy.

Light and I would describe as tangy apple initial taste with a funky aftertaste. I like it and would have again.

Rich, golden colour, with a leather and fruit aroma, carrying slight earthy funk. Slightly oily mouth feel. The flavour is fruity, with some skin, developing wood and rich tannins, then fading to a honeyed finish. Well-made and balanced, with good complexity and character. A joy to drink!
