Pale yellow colour with a pink hue, clear and still. Single variety cider. Aroma of grapefruit. Grapefruit also in the flavour along with some floral notes. Hay with a little astringency in the finish.

This is a single variety cider, made from the dessert apple, Discovery. Unusual apricot colour, with an intense fruity, floral aroma. Smooth floral flavour, reminiscent of rose petals. An unusual, enjoyable novelty cider.
