Kentish Perry

Pale yellow colour with a pink hue, moderate haziness and still. Floral aroma. Flavour is floral with vanilla. Whilst not exciting this is smooth and very easy to drink.

Made from a blend of Comice, Conference, and Concorde pears, with a little Bramley apple juice added to balance the acidity. Aroma is floral with a little vanilla. The colour is a pale yellow. The flavour is delicate with notable floral tones. This develops a slightly bitter dryness, and an aftertaste of pear skin. Drinkable, but undistinguished.
