Fledgling No. 6 2025

This is a slow burner. It's a blended cider of Discovery and Red love apples. It's made in the Pét-nat method, which is bottling it during fermentation, so it finishes fermenting in the bottle. It's got heavy fiz, it quite cloudy and lots of farmyard funk. I was initially challenged by the heavy funk but every mouthful was more delicious than the previous one.
