Wild Disco

This is very similar to the Discovery cider from Nightingale's except this one is fizzy. Same single variety and wild fermentation. There's less of a pink hue to and I think it is more subtle in it's profile. The carbonation is a bonus for me. Both get top marks though I would happily drink the Wild disco all night long.

Served from a keg font, it was sort of an accident at the end of a tiring pub crawl - easily done. Medium, little visible carbonation but tell-tale bite on the tongue. Would have been better as an opener rather than at the finish.

Pale yellow colour, moderately sparkling and clear. Single variety cider from the discovery apple. Floral aroma. Grapefruit and red apple flavour. Fresh and clean.
