Dry Hopped

Light golden colour, moderate fizz and clear. Made from spare garden apples. Floral hops aroma. Crisp apple with citrus and elderflower.

Pale golden, with an unusual aroma of damp autumn leaves. Floral, herbal flavours (perhaps, marjoram?), becoming a little bitter in the aftertaste. The hops don't quite work in this cider, not having a fresh enough flavour. However, it is still drinkable, if not as good as many other hopped ciders.

500ml bottle. Sparkling pale yellow gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of tart apple & fruity hop. Taste is juicy, mellow apple, sweetish, with citrusy cascade hop and some green apple notes. Light bodied, medium carbonation, semi-dry tart tangy finish. Quite drinkable.
