500ml bottle. Pale golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of sour apple & hay. Taste is tangy apple, sour, tart with some hay, vanilla, oak and tannins. Oily mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying sour tannic finish. Quite OK.
