Acidity is more front and center but it's nice. Tannins are there but subtle. Not a great depth of Apple flavors.

For a dry cider I find it has a nice fruit flavor. I don't normally like dry ciders but I enjoyed this one.

Bottle pour at Cider Summit Seattle 2015. Made from English and French bittersweet apples. Dry. Mild barrel earthy flavor. Fairly easy drinking for a barrel aged cider. Like all of their ciders though, I picked up more bitterness than I prefer, so Iā€™m not a big fan.

Nice dry cider. There's a subtle fruit aroma and a slight sourness to it. I'll definitely have it again!
