A bit like a dry champagne but slightly more flavourful than the crab apple varietal. Bit of a funny bitterish aftertaste. Just ok, not great.

Nice cider as far a drier ciders are concerned. The astringency is a tad bit high for me.

Sharp and angular, good with food but lacks depth of flavor.

A bit more bitter and sharp/acidic than I prefer, but it had some nice heirloom apple flavor, and for $4.75 / 500ml (from PCC; it went down to $4 on sale this week), its a steal. Notes of lemon, green apple, mineral, oak, and honey.
