Too tart for my liking, and like all of their ciders I've tried, it has some bitterness. It was a bit low on flavor, although there were some browns sugar and honey notes. Nice mild tannins and creamy texture though.

Beautiful, rich aroma that fades disappointingly quickly. The tartness and bitterness come on strong, almost masking some of the subtler flavors.

This cider has heavy fruit flavor with a very tart, dry and astringent feel and taste. Although it has a complex flavor, it is too dry, tart and astringent form my taste. Not terrible, but not a fav.

Clear golden pour with a small white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of honey and light alcohol. Very tart and dry green apple flavor. A bit stronger in body and flavor than other ciders I've had. Drinks easy but is really a sipper.
