I liked this one, and at 7.5 packs a bigger punch than the other Angus ones of 6.5. Having this at a Xmas celebration in So Cali. Gonna try Wanderlust next, from same Cidery. It's dry, light and could go with lots of food types. I'd say it's a bit like the Sauvignon Blanc of ciders, dry and sour but nice.

I would say this is semi-dry. It’s quite tart on the front, sour on the back. Not a cider I would drink often. Outside on a hot summer day, a cold glass of this would be nice. Outside of that, it’s a bit one dimensional.

Upfront tartness smacks you in the face. Kinda one note but better than most.

This seems very dry for my taste. It would be better if it had more fruit flavor. Like the funkiness that the wandering angus has.

Wickson crabapple single varietal (100% Oregon apples), 0.5% residual sugar. They definitely get some alcohol content out of those crab apples! This was too dry, tart, & astringent for my liking. I should have looked it up prior to ordering, but I blindly ordered it at Tap House Grill as it was the only cider on tap I hadn't had. Unfortunately I haven't yet enjoyed any ciders from Wandering Aengus (or Anthem, which they also make)...they just seem to have a different flavor profile then I prefer, with too much bitterness. So far I've tried Wandering Aengus Wickson, Bloom, and Wanderlust, and Anthem Original and "Raz & Boyz" (an apparently new raspberry & boysenberry release I found at the Seattle International Beerfest which was crazy tart).
