Pale golden, with an aroma of meadow grasses, carrying an edge of elderflower and a hint of funk. Moderate sediment in the bottle. Sharp, tangy apple flavour, with some fresh elderflower flavour in the aftertaste. This is far more subtle, and less sweet, than other elderflower ciders. Quite gassy and acidic, however.
