The label describes this as still, but there is a significant fermentation sparkle. Moderate sediment in the bottle. Golden, with a slight orange tinge. The aroma is hay, with tones of ginger and a slight funk. Tangy apple and fresh, natural ginger flavours dominate. Refreshing and natural tasting, this is distinctive and individual, and very drinkable.
