Toffee

Comes in a 750 ml screw-top bottle, with moderate sediment. Cloudy yellow, with a salted caramel aroma, carrying a fresh apple juice tang. Sharp, dessert apple flavour, with a caramel edge and some spice, becoming stronger and slightly salty in the butterscotch finish. Pleasant, refreshing, and not over sweet, this would be a good accompaniment to a pecan pie, a mincemeat tart, or any number of fruit flans! Obtained direct from Orchards of Husthwaite.
