A simple yet subtly complex and tasty apple-forward flagship cider with sharp notes which remind me of crabapples (although the description only lists dessert & heirloom varieties) and hints of honey, citrus, and herbs. I enjoyed it, but I think for what it is it was overpriced (and for that price I'd get their Prohibition). Reviewed on 07 Aug 2016
