Deep amber in colour with light fizz and haziness. Aroma of wood and spices. Very tangy with leather and spice in the taste. Crisp and refreshing.

Amber-coloured, with an aroma of leather and wood. Crisp, tangy apple, gives way to an aftertaste with light plum, a touch of leather, a hint of spice, and soft wood tones. Subtle and complex, and very sessionable, this was easy to drink, and refreshingly different.
