Deep copper colour, very hazy and still. Aroma of apple and rope. Very dry, very tannic with a lingering aftertaste. Wouldn’t want more than one!

A single varietal from the Harry Masters Jersey cider apple. Reddish-brown, with leather, motor oil and wood tones to the aroma. Dry and tannic, with developing astringency leading into the aftertaste, and a treacle tang throughout. Quite challenging, initially, but becoming more drinkable with time. As the bottle says, not for the faint-hearted.
