Kirthenwood

Light golden in colour, slightly hazy and still. Chemically aroma. Taste is slightly soapy with citrus and dry on the tongue. A bit watery.

The product from heritage apples discovered at a "lost" orchard at the Kirthenwood estate in Cornwall. Hazy yellow, with an indistinct, fruity aroma, with a slight leather tone. Sharp, acidic fruit flavour, with a little pineapple and apricot, and citrus peel finish. Refreshing, crisp cider, with strong fruit flavours.
