Amber-coloured, with an aroma of sweet straw and oak, carrying a hint of funk. Rich, tangy apple flavour, with a touch of caramel, becomes softly tannic and woody in the aftertaste. Classic Somerset sparkling cider, with depth and character, and, of course, a worthy companion to a nutty, mature cheddar!
