Dark amber colour and lightly sparkling. I would describe as quite a bitter/funky aftertaste. Full bodied, 6.0%.

Amber coloured, clear with moderate light fizz. Toffee apple and wood aroma. Ripe apple, wood and smoke in the flavour. Rich and smooth.
