Mine was bronze more than golden, turbid, somewhat funky, saved to a certain extent by strong fruit taste. Had at Wolverhampton Summer Festival of Beer and Cider.

Harvest gold is golden/orange in colour with quite a fizzy mouth feel. It's earthy composition and mild fruit flavour makes this just ok for me.

I quite liked this one! Not a massive fan of the light fizz. But it tasted yum. Like apples. As it should 💁‍♀️Tasted stronger than it was.

Not great. Not very exciting. It’s medium - but it’s more of a medium-sweet I’d say. Looks like Irn Bru (a soft drink from Scotland for the USA readers) and it taste like it too. It’s also bronze/orange in colour. Under the nose, there’s nothing. Nothing at all. It’s mass-produced so that could be why. The taste - its sweet and syrupy with a hint of caramel and orange. It then just gets sweeter during the aftertaste. You’d get thirsty drinking this purely from the sugar - it just makes you thirsty. It has a slight sharpness to it which then all becomes a watery, sugary, fruit wave. I’ve had a ‘Rich’s’ dry cider off the tap in a Somerset pub once and it was a still, dry cider and tasted great, but this bottled ‘medium’ can stay on the shelf. Not good. Has a ‘corner shop’ taste to it (in the USA that’s a 7eleven). This would serve well at a festival or in a sports bar and I’m sure would be very popular in some areas where the customers aren’t too fussed. It’s passable this cider, it tasted flat to me out of the bottle, a hint of fizz - which is unusual since my cellar normally stores ciders ‘just right’. I wouldn’t elbow anyone out of the way to get to this cider, nor would I drink it again given the choice. 4.5%ABV. 2/5 stars.

Golden colour, moderate fizz and clear. Aroma of peat. Fruity and earthy. 04/10/24 Just had the still version. Very smooth and very easy drinking.

Made with added apple juice, this is quite bland and lacks complexity. Quite gassy, it has a not unpleasant taste, but is quite unexceptional. Drinkable, but there should usually be better options.
